The innovative modular finger jointing line.

This line is designed for the production of BSH and CLT structural timber elements. It processes large stacks with automatic 180° rotation, shaping and gluing on both sides, and is compatible with almost all types of glue. The pressing process can be performed with a continuous press.

The modularity of the line is innovative, allowing you to purchase just a basic line consisting of a single-head milling machine with a press, each with its own PLC and independent electrical system. An automatic tipper can be added later, simply connecting it to the machine with a pre-arranged connector thanks to the independent system and PLC.

The same solution is also used for the pre-introduction unit in the press, which provides additional buffer to speed up the line.

Upon request, an automatic loader with 3, 6, or 9 work stations can be installed.
